All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

As items are made to order, occasional delays may occur during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses.


Returns & Exchanges

All items are made to order through print on demand. Each product is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect selection.

Incorrect item received

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for assessment.

We are unable to accept claims for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Once reviewed, eligible cases will be resolved with either a replacement or refund where appropriate.
